“Fantastic social media scheduler”

Pros

Managing all my social media accounts with this tool has been a really positive experience. The scheduling feature goes far beyond what I expected and even the AI-generated posts turn out surprisingly good.

Cons

It's not a dealbreaker for me but I do think it should already include support for YouTube Shorts and Twitter. I know it's supposedly on the way but as of right now, it's still not really available.

Pros

Getting started and deploying content is pretty simple and the platform explains things clearly throughout the process.

Cons

Scheduling posts to certain channels can be frustrating because some integrations don't work properly especially TikTok even though it's listed on their website.

It works really well for team collaboration, scheduling social media content and cutting down the time spent on daily tasks.

Cons

The only downside is that the integration with TikTok and Google My Business is taking longer than expected.

The feature set has been excellent especially the way the platform is arranged to help me create content with AI. Everything feels very simple to use which makes the whole experience even better.

At the moment, I really don't have any complaints. I just still need to spend more time exploring all the other useful benefits the site offers.

I feel the website has an attractive design that definitely draws people in but sadly that polished impression stops at the homepage.

The biggest problems are customer service, pricing, features, scheduling capabilities and the staff overall.

“It's a smart AI”

Using it was a pleasure because it's very adaptive and lets me manage my social media accounts by setting up an editorial calendar quickly and with plenty of flexibility. The interface makes it simple to build engaging templates and edit them in just a few minutes and the AI is excellent for generating compelling text, quotes and storytelling in multiple languages with impressive quality.

Haven't run into any specific issues while using it, overall, it handles everything really well.

Handling content for several platforms feels much more manageable with the right software and it has been exactly that for me. It uses AI to generate the content I need in no time and lets me publish it across all my channels from one place. Awesome tool.

The one thing I'd really like to see is a better mobile experience since that's where I prefer to manage most of my social media.

Pros

Compared with a lot of other tools, it turned out to be a much more affordable option while still covering everything I needed. I manage multiple social media accounts, both for myself and for work so I know finding one platform that feels truly perfect is unrealistic. Still, having a tool that actually does the job and feels worth the cost makes a huge difference and that is exactly how it has felt for me. It honestly gives me some breathing room and the fact that they keep rolling out new features made it an easy winning choice for both me and the team I work with.

Cons

I just wish the basic plan came with a bit more flexibility.
