Pros

The thing I appreciate most is how simple it is to use. The interface is adaptive so navigating the platform and creating content doesn't take much effort or a long learning period.

Cons

Overall the product has been good and Im happy with the quality. The only issue at the moment is that Im still waiting for the platinum package and hope it arrives soon. Im being patient but I'd really appreciate an update or a clearer timeline for when it will be delivered.
