Combining full-text and semantic search with a strong RAG approach, this platform delivers answers that feel accurate, dependable and well grounded in the original sources. Being able to search across multiple data silos from one interface also saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent jumping between different systems.
Cons
Budget approval can definitely come up as a discussion point but viewed as a long-term investment, the cost feels acceptable and strategically worthwhile.
