Pros

It is a real time saver that makes client conversations very easy and helps boost my business. Plus it includes case studies that show how real world problems can be tackled.

Cons

The advanced version is quite difficult to figure out and at times the server slows down I would say it probably happens because of heavy traffic.

Able to set it up easily

Pros

You can ask it anything and get a fast response. And it is very easy to integrate and use as no more wasting hours on hold with customer service!

Cons

When too many people are using it, I have noticed that the servers can get slow and during peak hours, there is a long wait to reach an assistant.

Pros

What I like most about OpenDialog is how user friendly the interface is for designing conversation flows along with the analytics tool that helps you track performance easily.

Cons

The advanced features are a little overwhelming for beginners but overall, the structured setup is very helpful for functionality. Plus I accept the fact that switching to a different platform would definitely take a lot of effort.

Reliable tool

Pros

The tutorials are clear and to the point which makes it easy to get started. Plus access to the tools and practice environments is smooth and the solution really does a great job at improving user experience through natural language.

Cons

If you are not using it regularly, let me tell you building out full conversation flows can feel a bit complicated sometimes.

Goes way beyond a chatbot

Pros

I really like how it naturally organizes conversations and intents. Also it can pull in other GenAI tools and preload important info like website content which makes it easy to intelligently search through it. And the training materials are really simple too.

Cons

It would be very helpful if some of the conversation flows came pre built based on a rough outline or use case.

Pros

These systems are all about making conversations feel more human and context aware which helps users interact with machines in a way that feels smooth and natural to me.

Cons

Like any system trained on large datasets, it can sometimes pick up biases from the training data which I noticed leads to unfair or biased outcomes.

Well I must say it is quite a powerful and flexible tool that can help level up customer service, sales and marketing efforts.

Cons

OpenDialog AI does have some customization limits as it might not always be able to perfectly fit the unique needs or workflows of our or every business.
