This platform delivers strong AI-driven analytics especially when it comes to turning visual and sensory data into actionable insights. The flexibility in visualization and data sharing is impressive and it also brings enterprise-grade security and compliance which is reassuring. the automated inspection workflows, reporting and annotation tools add a lot of value. It also supports useful AI and ML capabilities like object detection and anomaly detection making it a strong option for advanced analytics needs.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit overloaded, with too many fields that may put off non-technical users. Data processing can occasionally be slower than expected and the pricing feels slightly on the higher side for small and medium-sized businesses.

Keeping files organized and adding annotations has been really helpful and makes it easier to stay on top of everything.

The interface could be clearer about where certain tools are and the overall usability could be a little more adaptive.

Using it day to day feels very simple. The rendering quality is impressive and the reporting tools work really well. Video tagging is also a strong feature and makes organizing content much more convenient.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is a simple way to upload 3D images that were rendered locally and then share them through this platform. Adding that option would give end users more flexibility and support different workflow needs.

“powerful cloud sharing for visual data”

Pros

After spending quite a bit of time testing 3D building models and drone platforms, we kept running into the same challenge that was how to share files larger than 50GB especially when the format wasn't something most people could even open on a typical computer. It solved that for us. Being cloud-based, it gives us a smooth way to share visual data both inside our company and with outside stakeholders. The location intelligence is a huge plus too because digging through hundreds of jobsite photos is no longer necessary. We already know the area we need to inspect and it pulls everything up by GPS location even photos taken on an iPhone.

Cons

As the platform is so feature-rich, it can feel a bit overwhelming the first time you open it. That said it really only takes about an hour to get comfortable with the basic navigation. It's also important to keep in mind that most businesses probably won't need to use every single feature the software offers.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is being able to use the right tool for the situation. There are times when photogrammetry just isn't practical and that's where this tool really helps with its location intelligence capabilities. It brings together metadata from photos and files so you can still rely on visual data to get the job done when needed.

Cons

Biggest limitation shows up when using the models for measurements and annotations. Most of that work is done through the point cloud which is definitely more accurate but there are still situations where I'd rather be working directly from the model.
