“credits disappeared with no help”
Pros
I paid for more than 300 credits and never even got the chance to use them and now they're just gone. I reached out for support but it didn't help at all. That's terrible... I paid for those credits and then they suddenly told me they had expired. If that's the case, then I should be refunded. That money was not easy to earn.
