“Good range tones but unreliable rewrites”
Pros
Getting started with it is very simple and I especially appreciate is the range of tone options it offers, from informal to formal, friendly to assertive and even pessimistic to optimistic.
Cons
A recurring problem happens when I paste text into the Write section with more content still to come and the rewrite comes back as if it's answering my message instead of rephrasing it. For example, if I write, "Ive never gone through the governance before. Is it just a matter of forwarding this email to them?" it rewrites it as, "No, forwarding this email is not enough. The government's process involves a series of steps that need to be followed." Ive contacted their support four different times about this issue and never got any response. I even bought a subscription hoping it would fix things but the problem still hasn't been resolved. Once this subscription ends, I plan to switch to QuillBot instead since Ive never run into this issue there even using their free version.
