Pros
This product is heading is a very good direction i feel.. it keeps improving every quarter with better speed and new features. Another big plus is that it integrates well with other systems which makes it even more useful.
Cons
One downside is that it takes a long time to fully learn and it also lacks a collaborative or crowdsourced approach.
