product detection needs work

Pros

It's a strong system and a useful tool for reinforcing compliance across our accounts.

Cons

Sadly, the platform does not identify our products accurately and we've run into a lot of errors because of that.

Efficient updates and integrations

Pros

This product is heading is a very good direction i feel.. it keeps improving every quarter with better speed and new features. Another big plus is that it integrates well with other systems which makes it even more useful.

Cons

One downside is that it takes a long time to fully learn and it also lacks a collaborative or crowdsourced approach.

Good platform

Pros

Our brand visibility really increased after using it it has helped improve overall shelf compliance too. It also lets me semi-automate KPI tracking during retail audits which saves time and makes the process more efficient.

Cons

The notification users get after a photo uploads successfully could still be improved.

better shelf visibility

Pros

It does a really good job of improving overall shelf compliance which helps increase brand visibility in a noticeable way.

Cons

Something that could be better is making it more self-explanatory for the field team so less training is needed before they can use it confidently.

Very responsive support

Pros

The team has been very responsive whenever needed. It connected well with our internal data management systems and it has been quick to adapt whenever changes come up.

Help is always available

everything's been great

Pros

Getting this tool up and running was fast and simple. It also assigns a dedicated project management team which made the whole setup process feel smooth.

Cons
