This service wasn't relevant to my business needs.

I never actually used the service, yet I was still billed $99 for three consecutive months. After canceling the subscription, I requested a refund for the most recent charge but they refused. That turned into a long back-and-forth over about 10 emails discussing Australian law and their no-refund policy in the terms of use. Because of that, I definitely wouldn't recommend signing up for the trial.

Whenever I'm stuck, this feels like a personal creative companion I can rely on. It helps me shape content themes, try out different writing approaches and even put together basic code examples. It's definitely useful when writer's block hits or when I want to spark a burst of creativity.

Cons

More frustrating part is that it can still be prone to errors from time to time. I have to be careful about trusting the information it gives especially with technical terms or subjects that really require hands-on experience. The output can also end up feeling distorted or lacking precision, since human writing usually brings more depth and nuance.

One thing I appreciate is how many prompts the interface gives. I use it for writing blog articles and before it gives the final output, it asks clarifying questions about what I want. That part is nice because it helps get everything clear upfront instead of having to fix misunderstandings afterward.

Cons

Blog posts it generates feel more like rough outlines than complete articles. It usually gives a few headings with a couple of bullet points under each and then I still have to expand everything and finish the writing myself. There also isn't any tutorial to explain how to use the software which makes getting started harder. It includes a lot of different engines too but from what I could tell, they all seemed pretty much the same.
