“Functionality poor integration-needed platform”
Pros
Having a cloud-agnostic platform with strong access security matters a lot to me and that's one of the things this product does well. The Knowledge Cards and AI search are genuinely helpful when it comes to organizing content and locating information fast. Chat branching and the AI note-taker also add a lot to collaboration especially when it comes to capturing discussions and keeping project details organized. I've been using it as an all-in-one knowledge management platform and it supports a range of needs like enterprise knowledge search, project management and team collaboration. Since it's a SaaS product, the setup was easy as well.
Cons
The UI still feels like it could use some work. I'd also like to see more functionality added especially the ability to create presentations and better integration with third-party tools.
