Pros
The AI-powered chatbot is one of the features I value most because it allows direct interaction with our database. Once connected, quill.ai can pull the required information directly into the conversation which makes workflows much more efficient for us. The integration process also felt smooth and the customizable design fits our system very well.
Cons
Features are especially valuable for data analysts but the biggest downside is the cost. From my perspective, it feels quite expensive financially.
