“custom training up fast”
Pros
The implementation process moved surprisingly fast for us and only took a few days. After uploading documents related to our products, goals and industry, the platform created a customized training program that matched our needs very effectively.
Cons
From what I can tell, we need to keep paying the monthly subscription or we lose access to all of the customized training programs we created. If we stop using it for six months, we still have to keep paying during that time. Hopefully they come up with a better approach to that in the future.

After trying plenty of other tools, this one genuinely caught us off guard in the best way. The onboarding was incredibly quick so we were up and running almost immediately. It's very user-friendly and nobody on our team needed long or complicated training to start using it confidently. One thing that really stands out is how detailed the analysis is. Instead of just giving basic surface-level numbers, it delivers meaningful insights we were able to apply right away. On top of that, the platform scales really well with our needs which has been a big advantage as we continue to grow. I also want to mention the team behind it, they're always available, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly care a lot about what they've built. There is honestly not much to criticize overall. From time to time, it would be helpful if the exercises could be tailored even more flexibly to specific company requirements. Also some parts of the interface could be a bit more simple so that new learners can get started more quickly.

Cons
This tool's avatars are genuinely captivating especially because of their lively facial expressions and tone of voice. To make them feel even more true to fashion retail situations, I'd really like to see more hand gestures and more natural body movement added.
