Pros
Personalized, AI-powered messaging has made lead outreach much more efficient. The Mailforge integration is especially helpful because it lets me follow up after LinkedIn connections which has noticeably improved conversion rates. Getting started was quick too and the fast setup made it simple to launch campaigns using ICP-based targeting right away.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is the ability to automatically identify and contact the same leads across additional social media platforms, not just through the current workflow.

“powerful multichannel outreach hub
Pros
Running outreach across both email and LinkedIn is much more manageable with this platform. It works as an all-in-one sales automation tool, letting me build conditional sequences for email and LinkedIn from one place instead of juggling different systems. Unlimited mailboxes, built-in warm-up, bounce protection, ESP matching and CRM integration are all included so I don't have to rely on several separate tools to get everything done.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the interface and handling multiple campaigns does take a bit of time at first but once you learn your way around it, it becomes much easier to use.
