“Complex inaccurate SAP AI setup”

Pros

It feels like a step meant to refresh the user experience. It does a lot to simplify the development of applications and agents inside the ERP and I really believe it could change the way apps are built. It also has the potential to raise user expectations in a positive way when it comes to handling business processes.

Cons

That said it still falls short of what users expect especially when it comes to understanding business concepts and giving more accurate, properly formatted answers. It struggles to answer many questions in the financial and SD areas which ends up frustrating users. On top of that, getting this platform implemented was far from easy and took around 2 to 3 weeks, with several issues along the way.

Pros

This tool feels like a great step into AI for industries trying to keep up with innovation. It really appears to help tackle business-critical challenges in areas like supply chain, logistics and customer service. Overall it contributes to more informed, consistent decisions and recommendations.

Cons

We are already overcoming a lot of barriers with it. That said it would be even better with a more user-friendly interface and a few added improvements. Although it offers good and well-structured functionality, it still seems to lack support for scenarios that call for complex, multi-step reasoning and deeper technical design decisions.

Pros

It does a really good job of letting users interact with data models and pull out insights which makes it easier to ask the right follow-up questions and dig deeper. It feels similar to what SAP offers across its different modules so it works as a strong entry point. Another plus is that users can shape their questions around the specific insights they want, drill into particular data models and even get supporting documentation as proof.

Cons

One thing I'm not too keen on with this solution is that, as a vanilla agent, it needs quite a bit of customization and integration. It's not something you can just use straight out of the box since it usually has to be adapted to match the specific business needs.

Pros

Having automatic integration with this tool landscape is a real advantage especially the way it works with native tools like IBP and S4. It's helpful not having to export data into a spreadsheet first and then bring it back into the AI model afterward.

Cons

Getting everything configured is very sensitive and the documentation doesn't do the best job of explaining how to connect it across several SAP platforms at the same time. As an example, setting up IBP and S4 through BTP and IAS with the different authorization methods is pretty complicated.

Pros

Using this platform feels a lot like working with a prompt that simplifies tasks. It helps me interact with SAP SuccessFactors much more efficiently by getting me to what I need faster instead of making me click through a buggy system. I also appreciate how it recognizes who I am and understands my role which makes the experience feel more personalized. Getting everything set up at the beginning was easy too which was definitely a relief.

Cons

Building workflows and agents is not quite as easy as it first appears.

“Frustrating SAP permission management”

Pros

Working with it has really changed how SAP development feels. It actually understands the business context, almost like having a teammate who already knows S/4HANA and Digital Manufacturing in depth. Since it's built right into Fiori, I'm not jumping between tabs all the time and moving through UI5 apps feels much more aligned. On the whole, it keeps my workflow cleaner and handles a lot of the tedious data searching for me.

Cons

Running this tool is genuinely frustrating, dealing with BTP permissions and IAS sync problems can feel like taking on a second job. And while it's brilliant when it comes to SAP data, it starts to feel pretty limited once you move into more creative coding or React-related work. It really stays inside its SAP bubble which works well until you need something beyond that.

Pros

Working with this software has made my data workflow much more efficient. I mainly rely on it to speed up analysis, automate repetitive work and surface useful insights without having to spend hours digging through large datasets manually. The interface feels simple and it fits in well with the tools I already use every day. What I appreciate most is how naturally it turns complex data into clear, actionable takeaways. Its automation handles tasks like data cleaning, aggregation and report generation which frees up more time for actual analysis and decision-making. Exploring datasets and visualizing results is also very easy even when the queries get more complex. It connects nicely with Excel, Google Sheets and SQL databases which keeps my workflow organized and centralized. Another plus was the setup process which was much simpler than expected thanks to the onboarding guides and prompts that helped us connect data sources and get up and running quickly.

Cons

When working with extremely large datasets, the platform can feel a little slow at times. Also some of the more advanced features are not immediately simple so they take a bit of trial and error to figure out. More built-in guidance or tutorials for those areas would make the experience even better.

Pros

Right away, it comes across as simple and surprisingly human, while still being extremely capable. It takes complicated tasks and makes them much more manageable, offers insights that are clear and useful and slips into my daily workflow naturally without ever feeling too much. The responses are quick, relevant and aware of the context which honestly saves time and helps keep productivity up. Overall it feels less like just another tool and more like a smart, dependable partner I can count on to handle things efficiently.

Cons

At times, it does feel a bit constrained when dealing with very niche or highly customized scenarios. There are moments when the responses need some manual tweaking to match a specific business context exactly. I'd also welcome stronger personalization and more room to fine-tune the outputs since that would make the experience even better. Still, these seem like fairly minor limitations compared with the overall value it brings.

This software blends into my daily workflow really well which is probably the part I appreciate most. It gives me fast, relevant insights and recommendations without pulling me away from what I'm working on. Rather than digging through several tools or reports, I can access the information I need exactly when I need it and that saves time while helping me make quicker decisions.

Cons

One thing that could be better is that this tool's suggestions and insights can sometimes come across as a little too general especially when I'm dealing with more complex or detailed tasks. It's useful in most situations but when deeper analysis is needed, I still have to review and fine-tune the output myself. There's also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning since new users may need some time to figure out how to get the most out of it.

It's biggest strengths for me are how well it automates everyday tasks and the natural language insights it provides. I also really appreciate that it's built directly into SAP apps rather than being a separate standalone tool.

Cons

A downside is that how well it performs really depends on the quality of the data behind it. Because of that, the assistance it gives can sometimes feel inconsistent or a bit incomplete.
