Pros
These days, most DSPs come with optimization features powered by their own algorithms but with it AI we were able to identify the most effective parameters for our custom events and automate optimization without any human involvement. The report generated by it AI was also extremely useful and helped us improve our other campaigns as well.
Cons
Adding AI support for social media campaigns would be valuable and could benefit a lot of clients.

The software is simple to use and set up and with its technology we've seen an exponential improvement in campaign performance, especially for conversions and delivery within the YouTube platform.
Cons
I believe it would be helpful to allow setup changes after a campaign has already started, since there are situations where adjustments need to be made while it's still running.

Back when I worked at an adtech company and later at a holding agency, I used this platform in both places and each time it stood out for how well it created value for advertisers' campaigns. Their custom algorithms did a really strong job of balancing performance and scale, regardless of the KPI or the campaign limitations. On top of that, the teams bring deep business expertise so the algorithms are able to make the most of many different types of data and turn that into real campaign value.
Cons
This is not something unique to this platform but its models do require a lot of data to perform well.

Pros
Campaign optimization that used to take endless A/B testing now takes a fraction of the time with this tool and that's honestly not an exaggeration. Once it's applied, the AI handles the optimization work so well that a lot of the usual trial and error is no longer necessary. It makes something that is normally very difficult much more achievable, even for someone who would otherwise spend a lot of time getting there. It has saved me a huge amount of time and let me put more of my energy into creative work like presentations, industry analysis and communicating with customers.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about the product itself. The bigger challenge is the distrust some customers still have toward artificial intelligence. A few of my colleagues still believe AI algorithms are not reliable enough to help them reach their business goals so they stop using it before the campaign has actually been optimized. That's really unfortunate to see. Building trust and addressing those concerns will be an important task for the company going forward.

“Great algorithm and responsive support”
Pros
Working with this platform has been a very positive experience. It's simple to use, delivers even better results than expected and the customer support is extremely helpful, quick and insightful. The algorithm is flexible and performs really well. On top of that, the account management is highly efficient and we have a weekly video call with the team to review, optimize and discuss the live campaigns.
Cons
At the start of a campaign, the algorithm can take a little while to fully activate, usually around 24 to 48 hours but the benefits clearly outweigh this limitation. The technology also needs a lot of testing and a strong amount of data is required to properly train the model. Sometimes, the insights provided at the end of the campaign are missing.

Across most campaigns, I've seen a clear lift in performance, whether that's more cost-efficient CPMs or lower CPAs. The support we get is outstanding as well. We meet with our rep every week and she's consistently responsive, available and quick to follow up. I work with support teams from a lot of other platforms and PMP providers and honestly, none of them come close to the level of help she provides.
Cons
One area that could be better is the UI. I don't really enjoy setting things up through the interface and would much rather send a brief by email. It would also help to have a clearer way to view all live campaigns that aren't currently running. On rare occasions, there have also been days where spend goes much higher than planned which isn't ideal.
