“confusing design and poor support”

Their website ranking seems great but beyond that, I honestly don't have anything positive to say about the product itself.
Cons
Right from the start, the interface felt confusing and difficult to navigate. The SEO analytics are poor quality, the keyword suggestions often miss the mark and the so-called AI feels very underwhelming. On top of that, it's overpriced compared to other options and customer support has been slow, unresponsive and not helpful when needed.
