“Budget friendly AML management”
Pros
This platform works really well for small companies and MLROs that need to apply internal AML controls across global markets without spending too much. The administrator account is one of the things I appreciate most and the KRIs set up for teams make the overall user experience much more convenient. That said I would not recommend buying it if your workflow depends on the plugin, since it has not been kept up to date. On the positive side, the extra services and the client support team are excellent and they have been consistently patient and helpful.
Cons
The plugin has not been updated and its functionality feels limited. The API situation is a different story as well.

“Automated identity verification flows”
Pros
Running our KYC and identity verification through it at eMYAA has taken a lot of manual work off our plate. The automation around document checks and facial recognition speeds up customer onboarding and helps cut down on human error. Integration was also quick on our side thanks to the clear, well-organized API documentation. Verification speed and accuracy matter a lot for us and this tool delivers on both, users spend less time waiting, while we maintain strong compliance and lower fraud risk. The initial setup was fairly easy too which helped our team get everything in place without much trouble.
Cons

“Rapid global document checks”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with itPro is how fast and dependable the identity verification process is, especially with support for documents from so many countries. The API was easy to integrate and the platform also includes reliable AML screening and real-time verification. Altogether, these capabilities make onboarding more efficient while still helping us stay compliant.
Cons
A downside with itPro is that the UI/UX customization options are fairly limited so it's not as simple to shape the user journey around the product experience we want. Another concern is that charges still apply even for negative or failed verification attempts which can increase costs over time. I've also faced some restrictions in the UAT/sandbox environment making full testing and edge-case validation harder than expected.

“End to end compliance operations”
Pros
Keeping up with compliance requirements has never been an issue with this platform because it stays very current and the team responds quickly whenever needed. It delivers a complete compliance due diligence service, including onboarding, screening, periodic reviews, risk rating and other key functions. The whole AML/CFT compliance workflow can be managed through the system in a dependable way, with very little manual effort required.
Cons
After assessing several regtech platforms that provide compliance services, including itPro, this one is really on a different level. To be honest, we still haven't run into any real problems to mention, because whenever a question or concern comes up, it gets resolved immediately.

“multilingual verification”
Pros
Using the dashboard has been very easy and moving around it feels simple. There are plenty of ways to tailor the journey and workflow so it fits what our team needs. One of the biggest advantages for us is the wide support for different languages and ID types. On top of that, the onboarding and support team has been very responsive through the dedicated Slack channel, giving quick and detailed answers whenever we've had questions or run into issues.
Cons
At times, users going through ID verification see an error message that doesn't clearly explain what went wrong. Because of that, they may keep retrying without success or end up reaching out to our customer support team. We've usually been able to figure out and resolve the problem after speaking with the IT tech team but we're still looking at ways to make troubleshooting more easy for the end user.

“Accurate regulatory screening service”
Pros
Its biggest strength is how dependable and efficient it is for identity verification and screening. The platform feels user-friendly, fits well into our existing workflows and supports compliance with regulatory requirements by delivering fast and accurate results.
Cons
One area that could be better is the name screening process. It seems very AI-driven but still a bit basic when it comes to recognizing different name variations. In places like Lebanon, where names may be spelled or written in several ways, that can lead to very limited matches or even missed ones. A more flexible approach with logic that adapts better to local naming patterns would make it more reliable.

“Trusted fintech compliance partner”
Pros
Running a fintech startup means AML compliance has to be dependable and QuickT has been exactly that for us. Their team is responsive, supportive and technically capable which made the implementation process go very well and helped resolve issues quickly whenever they came up. The part I value most is how proactive they are and how consistently available they remain. Integration was convenient, supported by clear documentation and verification flows that are simple to use which is especially important for startups where speed, reliability and adaptability all matter. Overall working with them has been a very positive experience. They do an excellent job of balancing compliance requirements with user experience making them a valuable partner for QuickT's compliance framework and day-to-day operational readiness.
Cons
Up to this point, the overall experience has been positive. As with any platform that continues to develop, there is still some room for small improvements in customization and the flexibility of certain features. That said the team has been responsive and receptive to feedback which helps close those gaps quickly.

“Customizable risk verification workspace”
Pros
Right from the start, I've been using it for AML screening, ID document checks and liveness verification and the platform feels clean and very easy to navigate. It doesn't take long to get going so I can jump into AML screening quickly without any hassle. One thing I really appreciate is how simple it is to customize the questionnaire so it matches my firm's compliance policies and internal workflow. Their client service team has also been excellent, with very fast email responses that make a real difference whenever help is needed. On top of that, the pricing was good while still delivering very great service. The onboarding process was also quick, with a test account included and training that explained the features clearly.
Cons
I worked from their test account but one inconvenience was that the test environment is completely separate from the live production account. Because of that, there's no option to transfer or migrate data over which meant I had to re-screen the earlier cases all over again once I moved into production.

“Flexible KYC onboarding architecture”
Pros
Running KYC/KYB and compliance-focused onboarding in a regulated fintech setup, this has been a very practical fit for us. The biggest advantage is how flexible the verification journeys are, along with the overall API design. From a product perspective, it allows us to keep our own onboarding logic inside our platform and only trigger verification journeys when they're actually needed. That separation is really important for our team because we're not looking for a black-box onboarding system, we want control over the sequence, the compliance rules and the overall logic. This supports that model well. The coverage across both individual and business verification, the configurable flows and the fairly easy integration have all made it a strong option for a regulated environment. It's especially useful when you already have a clear idea of what you want to build and need a verification provider that fits into your architecture instead of forcing its own structure on you.
Cons
As with most compliance platforms, the power and flexibility come with some responsibility on your side. This is not the kind of plug-and-play product where everything is pre-structured for you out of the box. You need to come in with clarity, strong internal alignment and a great implementation plan. Your team has to define the flows, edge cases and operational processes upfront for it to work well.

“Reliable startup verification support”
Pros
A startup in a compliance-heavy space means reliability and quick responses and this tool meets these requirements. Their customer support has been a real highlight for us. The team is prompt, well-informed and proactive whenever something comes up. At an early-stage company, any downtime or friction in verification can affect user trust right away so working with a partner that responds fast and brings great technical expertise makes a meaningful difference. On top of that, the API was simple to integrate, the documentation was clear and the verification flows feel simple for end users. Striking the right balance between strong compliance controls and a good user experience is difficult and they handle that very well.
Cons
some edge-case document checks still need manual follow-up from time to time which can cause small delays. For a scaling business, more progress in automation and better handling of unusual cases would make the overall experience even stronger. Still, when these situations happen, their support team deals with them efficiently which helps reduce most of the operational hassle.
