“Good to for monitoring resources.”
Pros
Site24x7 offers a wide variety of monitoring options for different applications and its broad selection of custom plugins handles the job very well.
Cons
A few parameters send alerts and notifications too late, such as Windows Update. Also, when a server is rebooting and comes back online, the Windows monitor can still show it as down.

“reliable for monitoring”
Pros
The biggest advantage of Site24x7 is its monitoring system. It helps us a lot with keeping our SLA at a very high level and it alerts us about the application's response time through email, SMS and Discord.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. We mainly use it for monitoring and monthly reports on outages, maintenance time and response time and it handles that really well for us.

“Provides alerts on time”
Pros
One of the things I really appreciate about Site24x7 is that it always alerts me whenever my servers go down which is extremely useful.
Cons
I have been using this service at my company for more than 3 years and up to this point, I honestly haven't had any reason to complain.

“Perfect choice for enterprise and small business observability platform”
Pros
There's a huge range of monitors available, deployment is easy and the pricing feels fair overall. The mobile app push notifications are especially useful for on-call engineers and make it much easier to stay on top of issues.
Cons
The more advanced monitors can get a little expensive. Honestly I didn't have much else to add on the downside but Capterra requires at least 100 characters.

“Site24x7: Cost-Effective and Easy to Use”
Pros
Compared with other monitoring platforms, Site24x7 feels more budget-friendly while still offering broad monitoring capabilities. The interface is user-friendly, so it's not hard to get around and the overall monitoring coverage is quite comprehensive.
Cons
RBM only allows up to 20 recorded and monitored steps which seems restrictive. Customization options also feel somewhat limited.

“Great app at a very veasonable cost”
Pros
After using Site24x7 for the past 10 years, I can say it offers excellent customization and a wide range of options for infrastructure monitoring. Security has always been an important concern for us and with this platform it has never caused any issues. It comes with a large set of features and integrations that let us monitor all kinds of infrastructure at a reasonable price. We also haven't run into bugs or operational problems.
Cons
The interface is like it could be more modern and user friendly. On top of that getting everything set up at the beginning was somewhat difficult.

“Amazing experiencie with site24x7”
Pros
The level of customization in the monitoring setup is outstanding. It's resilient, works seamlessly with webhooks and has completely changed the way we handle observability. With granular thresholds, custom routing and alerts we can actually act on, we're catching risks much earlier and spending far less time firefighting.
Cons
One limitation I ran into was with the built-in third-party tools. To work around that, I set up a webhook that standardized event delivery, cut down latency and made our alerting process much more reliable.

“Simple and Effective”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the price. As it's very affordable, quick to get up and running and the service has been dependable. There are definitely other tools with more advanced features but this one handles the core job well that too in a simple and effective way.
Cons
Nothing major but a few parts of the account management side can be confusing, especially when it's bought through Zoho One. It's not always clear where to manage users, billing and other account-related settings.

“Comprehensive Monitoring Made Simple”
Pros
Site24x7 gives us the best coverage for monitoring servers, websites and cloud applications all in one place. The dashboards are easy, alerts come through accurately, reports are easy to understand and getting everything set up doesn't take long. Their 24/7 support has also been consistently dependable whenever needed.
Cons
A few of the more advanced features come with a learning curve but it overall feels stable and dependable. I'd also like to see more flexibility in dashboard customization, although the general usability is still very good.

“Complete and powerful monitoring”
Pros
The breadth of monitoring is what caught my attention the most, bringing together observability of servers, databases like PostgreSQL and the entire cloud infrastructure in a single dashboard. Another very valuable point is the ability to create detailed, customized alerts which is essential for more proactive management of production environments.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to point out exactly but it's worth saying that the platform is extremely rich in features and this can bring a learning curve at the beginning to take full advantage of everything it offers. The number of configuration options, although very powerful, requires a certain amount of dedicated time until it is completely mastered and adjusted to the specific needs of each environment.

“Site 24x7 Evaluation”
Pros
Navigating Site24x7 feels easy and the monitoring dashboard gives a good overall view of what's going on. Customer support has also been reliable, especially when issues need to be escalated.
Cons
As per me the tougher part is the installation and getting everything integrated with the systems that need monitoring. On top of that, configuring the security settings and opening the required access so their monitor can properly watch our environment is fairly complicated.

“Site24x7 review”
Pros
Having everything in one place is the biggest advantage with Site24x7. It covers all of our monitoring needs, so we don't have to juggle several separate tools to get the full picture. The response time is close to real time which makes it very effective and the pricing is also quite reasonable for everything it offers.
Cons
A few features can be a bit buggy at times, especially when it sends multiple false-positive alerts saying a resource is unreachable when it actually isn't.

“Affordable site/server monitoring”
Pros
Getting everything up and running is the biggest advantage here. Whether I am setting up a website monitor or a server monitor, the process is fast and easy.
Cons

“Easy to Use Interface and Simple setup!”
Pros
The tool is very easy to use. The UI is simple to navigate, monitor setup is also not a problem for admins and the platform offers user frendly monitors and graphs for real-time tracking. There's basically no learning curve which makes it very easy to begin using right away.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about, although it does occasionally trigger false alarms depending on the region. Monitoring works properly in some regions but in others it can fail and send inaccurate alerts.

“recomiendo la aplicacion, para uso de servidores”
Pros
I must say the speed of the alerts is excellent as I get notified very quickly. It also gives plenty of different notification options and I really appreciate how I can add roles to organize everything better.
Cons
The cost of phone call notifications feels high and I wish the notification language would automatically match my account settings so the calls would come through in my own language.

“Site24x7 Review”
Pros
It is a decent tool and it didn't take much time before we were seeing real value from it. The level of detail in the metrics is something I really appreciate and the alert rules are customizable enough to fit how we work. It does a good job of helping us spot problems early without constantly bombarding us with unnecessary noise.
Cons
A few areas of the interface are somewhat confusing, especially when you're handling a large number of monitors or trying to edit alert settings in bulk. On top of that, SMS and phone call alerts are limited unless you purchase additional credits which can be frustrating when dealing with high-priority incidents.

“Great Network Monitoring, powerful, but complicated”
Pros
One thing that really worked for us was how detailed the monitoring is across all our network devices. Alerts come through quickly and are easy to act on which has helped our team respond and fix issues much faster overall.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit confusing at times, custom reporting is somewhat limited and there are occasional false alerts. it can also get expensive for smaller businesses and the setup process wasn't as streamlined as some competing tools.

“Netflow Utilization”
Pros
Having everything visible across the whole IT infrastructure in a single platform is one of the biggest advantages. It covers servers, network devices, cloud services and applications, so keeping an eye on system health and performance is much more efficient. The real-time dashboards, automated alerts and utilization reports make it easier to catch issues early and optimize resources before they become problems. I especially value how Site24x7 tracks CPU, memory, disk and bandwidth usage, giving useful insights that help avoid downtime.
Cons
Its interface is very information rich but navigation is not always easy, so finding certain settings or reports can take more time than it should. On top of that, some advanced capabilities, such as detailed network flow analytics, are restricted to higher-tier plans which may be a drawback for smaller organizations. Alerts can also become noisy unless they are carefully tuned. Overall, it's a powerful tool but getting it configured properly and using it to its full potential takes some effort.
