“Very happy it manager!”
Pros
Getting everything configured and building dashboards was easy. Adding monitoring for both our hardware, like servers and our Azure subscriptions was fast and the walkthroughs were clearly documented and simple to follow from start to finish.
Cons
Support for firewall vendors is still a bit limited with Cisco and Meraki, so it would be nice to see Fortinet and more vendors included. Aside from that, I have been very happy with it.

“Best Monitoring Tool”
Pros
Having continuous alerts about everything happening across our infrastructure is incredibly useful. The updates come through in real time which helps everyone stay informed and the administrative team can immediately spot and review any issues as they happen.
Cons
Honestly I am satisfied with pretty much everything. If I had to point out one thing,it would be the pricing, since for a tool focused on monitoring and detecting problems, it could be a bit more affordable.

“Realiable tools for monitoring websites”
Pros
Monitoring through the website has been very accurate and dependable. It also lets you set up checks from different regions which is really useful.
Cons
Upgrading to a higher plan can get expensive, with pricing jumping from $899. On the plus side, you can still buy separate add-ons at reasonable prices.

“Excelente herramienta para el area de IT”
Pros
Excellent service for keeping full control of the infrastructure. What I appreciate most is that it's cloud-based, easy to access and provides a very detailed level of information.
Cons
None at the moment. It's user friendly, the pricing is reasonable and it lets you stay on top of your entire infrastructure.

“Comprehensive and Scalable Monitoring with Excellent Alerting Capabilities”
Pros
Right from the start, Site24x7 felt like a very complete monitoring platform. It covers a lot, including server and network monitoring, real user monitoring and synthetic testing, so it handles pretty much everything in one place. The dashboards look clean and can be customized without much trouble and the alerting setup is flexible with support for multiple channels like email, SMS and integrations such as Slack or PagerDuty. Since it's cloud-native, deployment and scaling are also much more convenient because there's no need to deal with on-prem infrastructure management.
Cons
Getting started can take some time, especially for teams that are new to full-stack monitoring. A few of the more advanced configuration options seem tucked away or are not as user friendly as they could be which adds to the learning curve. I have also noticed occasional UI slowdowns when working with larger datasets or moving between dashboards. On top of that, the pricing structure can start to feel a little complicated as the amount of monitoring you need continues to grow.
