Pros

One of the most valuable things about this software is how well it helps identify the right candidates for the job openings you need to fill. The integration with external databases is also very strong making it possible to reach a large pool of users and filter them down to the ones that best match the required criteria.

Cons

There are no major issues to point out. The only limitation is that, at times, integrating with different portals is not as easy as it could be.

The issue isn't really with the software but with the users. It would be nice if more candidates were actually able to use it, since many still don't even know how to put together a CV in Word so working with more innovative tools can be complicated for them.

This software has become essential for digitizing and aligning our recruitment processes. No matter each user's level of experience, the platform is clear, simple and practical to use. A big plus is the smart search function which can also read PDF files and the pricing is competitive. The customization options are another strong advantage.

We have requested several additional implementations but at the moment we have not founded any real drawbacks.

Being able to carry out a preliminary analysis of candidates and their CVs is a real advantage. The logic behind the system seems very effective in identifying suitable candidates which makes the selection and recruitment process much easier to manage.

It is not very clear how the platform evaluates candidate compatibility, even though the results do seem to be quite effective.

The software helps bring the most relevant and useful information to the forefront during the selection process. That saves a lot of time when checking requirements, since there is no need to open every single candidate profile one by one.

I would like the search keywords, or the words from the job title, to be highlighted in a color other than white so they stand out more quickly, maybe through a setting shown alongside the CVs.

One thing this software does really well is read and identify every word in a scanned or uploaded CV with a high level of precision, giving the right weight to the information it finds. Because of that, it matches CVs very effectively with the searches and job ads entered by the recruiter. The semantic search engine works very well. Another positive aspect is how simple it is for both candidates and recruiters to enter personal details into the database, since the document reading feature helps a lot and avoids the need to fill in or request lots of preset fields manually.

Cons

The biggest difficulty I run into is the geolocation connected to the semantic search, because I often come across interesting CVs that are outside the target area.
