Handling KYC through this has saved a lot of time since there's no need to go to a physical centre anymore. The verification itself is fast and pretty easy, with just a few questions needed to get everything completed.
Cons
There are times when technical issues pop up and if the phone camera isn't very good, capturing clear images of the ID card can be difficult.
