“wish i had switched sooner!!”

Pros

My only regret is not moving to it three years earlier. It's incredibly user-friendly, obviously well designed and packed with all the SEO tools and apps needed to help improve rankings. The customer service has also been outstanding, with excellent follow-up every step of the way.

Cons

Honestly the biggest downside is that I waited so long to give it a try. Over time, that delay cost my team valuable hours and my agency money. I really should have listened sooner to the friends in the industry who kept recommending it.

Nothing really worked in its favor. It felt bad right from the beginning and only got worse. They're also selling GoDaddy domains at about double the price.

Cons

Support was a major problem. They lock you in and make it very difficult to leave.

Pros

Building a website was something I wanted to do fast without dealing with anything complicated and this worked out really well. It feels very easy to use and honestly, if you can handle a basic app, you can figure this out too. The click-and-drag setup makes putting a site together simple and their help center being available 24/7 is a big plus.

Cons

It isn't free but I still think it's worth paying for.

The websites I create end up looking polished, modern and they adapt really well to mobile devices.

Cons

Honestly it's tough to point out a downside. I've spent years working with all the major drag-and-drop builders and most of them come with frustrating, time-consuming issues. This one hasn't felt that way at all, I'm able to build multiple websites easily without having to invest an unreasonable amount of time.

Pros

Even as a beginner, you can build a fully developed, visually appealing, highly professional website with this. It includes features you may not have even realized you needed and the end result feels top-tier without costing a fortune.

Cons

Can't think of any downsides. The customer service is so phenomenal that even when an issue comes up, it never feels like a real problem.

Pros

Compared with what Weebly, Wix and WordPress set out to do, this platform does it faster and better. It's easily the best website builder I've used by a wide margin and the customer support has been absolutely incredible.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints to mention here. Nothing negative has come up for me.

Pros

Building a website with this program feels hard to beat because the functionality is so strong and the whole process is simple to put together. It's valuable enough that even running a solo business, it still makes sense to build five different sites with it.

Cons

Naturally, I'd be happy if the price were lower but I can see that this program replaces costs I'd normally have in other lead generation tools anyway, so it still ends up being affordable.

Pros

This platform felt very approachable to use. The templates all looked incredibly polished and visually appealing and moving through them felt very natural. Building a new website usually leaves me feeling overwhelmed but that never happened here. I've tried most of the website builders out there and this one has easily become my favorite. I was unsure about it in the beginning but now I absolutely love using it.

Cons

I do wish there were a few more choices geared specifically toward real estate, although some of the other available options still worked perfectly well.

Pros

It's kind of mind-blowing how quickly you can publish a polished, attractive website even without any formal background in web design. The team behind it seems to have nailed exactly what WordPress users have been wishing for when they think, "I wish this were simpler," while also solving the common frustration Wix, Weebly and Squarespace users have of wanting something more advanced, better-looking and feature-rich. It really feels like they combined the strengths of both approaches and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Cons

The template selection is great and covers what most people will probably need but I'd still like to see more options to start from. Platforms like Divi, Webflow and others offer several hundred templates by comparison. That said all of its templates are free and as mentioned, the current selection is still more than sufficient for most use cases.

Pros

A polished-looking site can go live really quickly with this platform and pages also tend to get indexed by Google without much delay.

Cons

Since it.ai is still a cutting-edge website builder, there's plenty of room to expand the features and improve the UI. That said the support team is very responsive, has been receptive to suggestions and seems genuinely committed to adding them to the site-building interface.

“brilliant interface and top-notch support”

Pros

Compared with every other platform I've worked on, this interface feels on another level. The layout is simple, well-structured and genuinely user-friendly, with features placed exactly where they make sense so there is far less unnecessary clicking around. One feature I especially appreciate is the right-click functionality because it saves a huge amount of time when adjusting type settings. The three separate platform views are another standout advantage since desktop, tablet and mobile layouts can all be edited independently. On top of that, the IT support has honestly been some of the best I've experienced from any web development platform.

Cons

Only real thought of mine is, where was this platform two years ago, or even one year ago? I've spent so much time building websites on frustrating platforms, many of them widely used, and it was really inefficient. The hours lost trying to get a site looking exactly right are time I'll never get back.

Pros

It has been incredibly easy to work with and a huge amount of time gets saved because of how smooth the builder feels. Migrating existing sites over was also completely hassle-free which made the transition much easier.

Cons

My only real complaint is that I wish I'd had this platform much earlier in my web design journey.

Pros

This platform makes website building feel much faster sompared to weebly, while the finished results look far more modern and professional without requiring much extra effort. The editor itself feels smooth and simple and even simple design adjustments like spacing and custom fonts are handled much better here.

Cons

A clearer set of instructional videos would really help complete beginners get started. It would also be better to have a simpler way to unhide the navigation menu bar on pages. A few additional widgets, such as a counter widget, would be a nice addition too, though that feels more like a future improvement than a real drawback.

Starting out with the platform feels easy and it also works really well for keeping costs under control when budgeting matters.

The only "problem" is that it indexes my sites almost too quickly. Wink wink.

The interface is what stands out most to me. It combines the depth of Elementor Pro with the ease and simplicity of Weebly, so learning and working with it feels very quick and approachable.

Cons

A few widget features are still somewhat limited right now. I'm looking forward to future additions, especially something like Google Reviews integration.

Pros

Compared with the first website builder I used, this one has been a massive improvement. Building and publishing sites now feels much faster because everything is organized logically and I no longer feel frustrated trying to figure things out. There is still a lot for me to learn but it already feels like an ideal platform for beginners getting into website creation. The pre-built templates are another feature I've been really impressed with.

Cons

Since I'm still new to building websites, there really isn't anything specific I dislike at this stage. The only challenge is that being a beginner can make the whole process feel overwhelming at times, almost like trying to learn a new language. Even so, I'm mostly just hoping for more training resources so I can keep improving over time.

The overall workflow feels much more simple now and the improved structure has noticeably enhanced the user experience.

Cons

Every now and then, the program glitches and doesn't save items even when they're deliberately saved. The site can also start throwing errors if it's left open for too long.

What I really like is how it combines the convenience of a WYSIWYG website builder with the flexibility and customization power of WordPress. The mobile responsiveness works extremely well and designing separate layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile devices feels very practical.

Cons

A few features do take a little time to learn but it's manageable thanks to the helpful documentation, support pages and video tutorials available.
