Running identity verification through this AI-powered platform has been a big plus for us when it comes to reducing cyber fraud risks for individuals. The integration process was easy and the implementation is simple enough even for first-time users to handle without much trouble. Whenever something is unclear, the customer support team steps in quickly and really knows what they're doing which helps solve issues accurately and without unnecessary back-and-forth. Another strong benefit is the higher approval rate which supports business growth by improving auto-approvals. On top of that, the customer experience feels convenient, with strong coverage across Gen Z users as well as customers from newer countries. Its advanced technology also provides a full 360-degree view of ongoing innovation and it's something our users rely on regularly, around 5 to 6 times a day.

One challenge is that the data analysis side can feel complicated because there are so many attributes and codes involved, so new users may get confused about the next step. Also, the account turnover figures tend to change even when only a single account turnover is modified which can be frustrating.

We've hit a few bumps along the way with certain features, particularly DocV, so I'd really like to see the product keep getting attention and continued improvements.

One thing that really stands out is how predictive the scoring has been and the whole product suite seems to be moving in the right direction. We've been happy with how quickly new features and products are being introduced and it feels like those additions will help us stay ahead of emerging threats. Integration has gone without issues and customer support has been consistently convenient as well.

A downside is that attributes are embedded within the reason codes which can make analysis more difficult than it should be.

Right away, the platform felt very user-friendly which made it simple for both me and my designer to put together DocV without much friction. Since it works well out of the box, it also helped us get aligned with stakeholders on designs much faster.

The pricing is on the expensive side, so it makes us hesitate when considering it for extra identity checks during login beyond its main KYC use case.

At this point, we still haven't been able to build much meaningful automation through the integration. I'd also really appreciate more proactive support and clearer indicators around fraud.

Pros

Using it feels very simple and the whole process is simple to work with. It has not made a mistake yet when matching a customer's ID with their selfie which gives me a lot of confidence in it. I'm also able to zoom in on uploaded images without any trouble to double-check and confirm someone's identity.

Cons

There are times when I still have to manually approve a customer's identity, especially when the photo was taken from too far away or comes through a little blurry. In those situations, having the ability to enlarge the image more would make it much clearer to tell whether the ID is valid or not.
