Pros

One thing that works really well is the option for people to submit questions anonymously without exposing who they are. That makes it much easier for them to be open, honest and ask what they really want to ask. At the same time, the people answering are identified which lets them demonstrate their knowledge and credibility.

Cons

At this point, I haven't really come across any downsides. Overall I'm happy with the software.

The search tools are really useful, I also appreciate the expert recommendations and the privacy for the person asking a question is a big plus.

Cons

The points system is the part I enjoy least, since it pushes people to contribute even when they don't actually need to.

It's really useful that the common questions get answered by the people who are actually responsible for each area. The option to ask and answer anonymously is a nice bonus too.

It would be even better if there were an option to add pictures or videos.

The networking options, user-friendly design and ability to connect and exchange with others are the strongest parts for me.

Cons

Content is not always up to date and the platform can feel slow and a bit sluggish at times.

Pros

Using it feels easy and it offers really good value for the money. It has a solution-oriented approach, makes sense right away and is genuinely pleasant to work with.

Cons

The only thing that could be better is the visual side, especially the graphics and images which could be more appealing.
