We engage with Supa daily on large projects with fluctuating data volumes, which Supa manages efficiently. 3) Their communication is outstanding. Many labeling companies fall short here, but Supa brings a personal touch to the work and always responds promptly.
Cons
There's not much to add here. My main suggestion would be for them to offer more insights based on their experiences with various clients. For example, tips on how to effectively learn a domain would be valuable. As labeling experts, they could help their partners improve documentation to enhance data quality.
