“unusable platform with compliance risks”
Pros
Sadly, there isn't a single positive thing I can point to about either the platform or the company behind it. Our time with it has been defined by features that were misrepresented, major technical breakdowns and a total absence of accountability from the leadership team. We were never able to run even one campaign on the platform.
Cons
This platform is deeply broken and creates a serious risk for any business that cares about data privacy, legal compliance and protecting its domain reputation. To start with, the GDPR and compliance issues are severe. There is no dynamic, automated unsubscribe function, so teams are expected to handle suppression lists manually. That is not just an overlooked feature, it creates a direct route to GDPR and CAN-SPAM violations. You cannot reliably honor a user's opt-out rights when the process depends on human intervention and error, especially when regulatory fines are on the line. On top of that, the data integrity is a disaster. Their deduplication checks failed completely for us which corrupted our full A-H contact range with huge numbers of duplicates and, for no clear reason, erased key fields such as "Lifecycle Stage." Managing compliance is impossible when the database is actively damaging customer records. The infrastructure setup was just as irresponsible. Their team launched our initial email campaigns on our main root domain instead of using a separate marketing subdomain which unnecessarily put our core company email system at risk of spam blacklisting. Worst of all, nobody has taken responsibility. Rather than addressing these serious failures, the account management team has disappeared and leadership is still refusing to issue a refund for a product that was unusable from the first day.

“Broken platform and unacceptable support”
Pros
Honestly there is nothing positive I can mention. We signed this agreement in good faith after being shown what was supposed to be a fully working platform but it failed across the board. During the entire contract term, we could not send a single campaign and the experience was consistently poor from a technical, operational and account management standpoint. To be clear, there is still nothing positive to report. We committed based on promises of a functional platform and it did not deliver at any level. Not once during the contract were we able to send a campaign and the overall experience was bad technically, operationally and in the way the account was handled.
Cons
Following on from the earlier review my colleague Nikki left, things have only continued to get worse with no sign of any resolution. We signed a yearly contract after being sold a platform as a dependable, fully functional email marketing system but that was far from the truth. Right from the beginning, it was not fit for purpose. We were unable to send even one campaign because of bugs, data problems and an incorrect setup from the start. One of the most alarming issues was the lack of basic compliance functionality. There was no automated unsubscribe process in place which creates a serious GDPR risk. No company should have to manage something that critical manually on a platform marketed as an email marketing solution. Support and account management were just as bad throughout the whole experience, with missed meetings, poor communication and constant contact changes with no proper handover. Since Nikki posted her review, the situation has deteriorated even further. It now seems the people we had been trying to reach have left the company and nobody informed us at all. We have been given no clarity on who owns our account now or who we are supposed to contact to deal with our unresolved refund request which has been ignored despite repeated follow-ups. That level of service is completely unacceptable from any vendor, especially one that still owes a refund for a product we were never actually able to use.

“not fit for compliant campaigns”
Pros
At this point, there's honestly nothing positive I can say about it. Right from the beginning, the platform wasn't fit for purpose and we couldn't send a single campaign for months because of bugs, data problems and a faulty initial setup. Even more worrying, it was missing core features needed for compliant email marketing. Basic functionality like automatic unsubscribe processing simply wasn't there. That creates serious regulatory risk and is not something any business should be expected to handle manually in an email platform.
Cons
Our experience with this platform was extremely disappointing. We signed an annual contract in good faith after it was presented as a dependable, fully functional email marketing solution but that was far from the reality. From day one, it wasn't fit for purpose and for months we were unable to send even one campaign because of bugs, data issues and an incorrect initial setup. More concerning still, essential functionality for compliant email marketing was missing. Basic requirements, including automated unsubscribe handling, were not available which creates major regulatory risk and leaves businesses managing something manually that the platform should handle itself. On top of the technical failures, the support and account management were also poor. Meetings were missed, communication was inconsistent and our contacts changed several times without any proper handover, making it very hard to get issues resolved or move anything forward. Even after raising these concerns repeatedly and being told they would be escalated, we still struggled to get clear ownership or any real resolution, especially around contract termination and refund requests for a service that was never actually usable. Overall the experience was nowhere near what was promised during the sales process. I'd strongly advise anyone considering it to thoroughly check whether it truly meets their operational and compliance needs before signing up.

“Fake information in some leads”
Pros
Their marketing strategy has been useful and the leads they generated have been a positive part of the service.
Cons
At the same time, some of those leads don't seem genuine and a few also include fake information.

“missing support and confusing pricing”
Pros
At first, the feature set looked appealing. It seemed to offer a lot of potential which is what convinced me to give the trial a shot.
Cons
Up to now, support has been completely absent. I also can't make sense of their pricing model, I paid $75 for the Starter plan and now that same plan is listed at $12.

“strong automation but mixed support”
Pros
Automation features stood out in a good way, dynamic journeys, personalized campaigns and great multi-channel options across WhatsApp, email, web push and SMS all work together really well. Once you spend a little time with it, the interface feels clean and fairly simple to use.
Cons
Things can feel a bit complicated when you're building more advanced journeys, especially if third-party integrations are involved. Support response times could definitely be quicker for urgent issues and the analytics would be better if they offered more detailed insights.

“clear campaign insights”
Pros
Control gives a really clear overview of campaign performance. I especially appreciated seeing sent numbers, open rates and CTR all together in a single view. The interface feels quick and filtering campaign data is easy.
Cons
One thing that's missing is a direct clicks view, so working out conversions takes extra manual effort. It would also be much better to have a more simple full-funnel view that includes metrics like orders or revenue.

“ai prospecting that delivers”
Pros
One thing this sales platform does really well is automate and simplify prospecting with impressive AI-driven accuracy. The customizable playbooks, convenient CRM integrations and capable AI SDR features save a lot of time and make outreach much more efficient. The interface is also simple which makes it approachable for both technical and non-technical users getting started.
Cons
There is still a bit of a learning curve, especially when setting up more complex workflows or adjusting AI prompts to get the best results. I'd also love to have more detailed analytics dashboards built into the platform instead of needing outside tools for deeper reporting. Support can also be a little slower to respond during busier periods.

“fantastic ai prospecting value”
Pros
Prospecting has been outstanding for us. The database is extensive and the AI handles a lot of the heavy lifting. Adding leads into the pipeline is basically one click which saves a lot of time. The customer and company enrichment is especially impressive, honestly better than anything else I've used, including HubSpot and Pipedrive. Another huge plus is that it's actually free for small businesses and you get 2,000 free AI credits each month with the Sales module plus 500 free credits for the marketing module. The automation tools are fairly easy to set up but still powerful enough to do a lot. You can even build out 10 agents and automate nearly all of your email workflows, whether for marketing, sales, or worker agents.
Cons
Part I'm least happy with is how buggy it feels when manually moving contacts around. There also isn't a very simple way to automate that process. To be fair, it's not much different from the effort required in most CRMs when filling in contact and company details but with such a strong built-in AI focus, this seems like an area they really should improve. A customizable import tool that could map to a spreadsheet and then automatically place everything into their pipeline structure would make a big difference.

“crystal-clear sales visibility”
Pros
Our sales data used to be all over the place but this tool changed that completely. We now have a clear view of the entire sales pipeline which helps us make smarter decisions and quickly spot areas that need improvement. The reporting and analytics are especially valuable, they give us real insight into key metrics, campaign performance and what is actually driving conversions. Taking this data-driven approach has noticeably boosted our sales effectiveness and helped us spend our marketing budget more wisely. Overall this platform has given us the visibility and control we needed to keep growing consistently. It's very simple to navigate and truly works as a one-stop shop for all of our company's marketing and sales needs. Honestly there's nothing else out there quite like it.
Cons
There's honestly nothing I dislike about this tool.
