I love the ability to create personal avatars. It's such a fun feature!

It takes about 24 hours to get an avatar created, which feels like a bit of a wait.

Synthesia is an amazing platform, it lets you become an avatar. All those years of shooting videos, dealing with hair, makeup and perfect lighting, gone! This is definitely the future of video creation!!!!

I think the video creation platform could use some improvements. As an avid Canva user, I'd love to see some of their duplication features in Synthesia.

“A genius AI tool for creating videos in bulk

Pros

We needed product explainer videos and content to make our website and socials more engaging but we didn't have inh ouse spokespersons. Synthesia made it super easy to create videos quickly and helped us broaden our reach. The AI generator speeds up video production and can even come up with scripts and visuals. Some avatars are amazing, though others could use a bit more training. As an editing tool, it's easy to use and the AI support chatbot is super clever.

Cons

Some of the animation styles feel outdated but I see they are adding new features regularly. A few avatars are a bit clunky and sometimes the AI generated visuals don't match the brand or topic. However, it's easy to use them as a foundation and make tweaks later. I wouldn't use the videos without some human adjustments to get everything right.

This is such a great product! It saves me so much time and money by letting me create videos easily. It's simple to turn an idea or text into a video. I have tried other platforms but Synthesia is by far the easiest.

Cons

I'd love to create different avatars like robots or dogs but it seems that's not possible at the moment.

Synthesia has completely changed the game for me. I win more business when I use it to visualize my business proposals. I also use it for training purposes and even started training my clients on how to use it. It's perfect for creating engaging proposals, training videos and turning boring HR policies into interesting content.

Cons

My avatar didn't smile and I'd love to see Synthesia improve how to create more engaging avatars like the standard ones.

Quality of the video generation, from text to speech to video, is amazing!

It would be great to have a real preview with watermarks instead of a fixed speaker/actor. That way I could tweak things using my own tricks.
