“Lead management feels effortless”
Pros
One of the best parts about it is how naturally it takes the pressure off my workload. Tasks that used to eat up hours are now handled automatically. It has made my day-to-day work, especially conversations with leads, far more organized and much less stressful.
Cons
At this point, I honestly do not have any complaints about it. The support team has been excellent throughout. Whenever anything comes up, Shiva and Apekshit are quick to respond and sort it out.

Pros
After many months of using it, it's made a huge difference in how we scale our lead generation without needing much manual effort. We're spending less, working more efficiently and still maintaining the same level of quality. Since our service business requires a lot of lead nurturing and constant follow-ups, a smart tool like TailorTalk has taken over nearly 90% of the human effort involved. That has freed up a lot more time for our team and also reduced employee-related costs.
Cons
At the beginning, we ran into a few technical issues during setup but those were resolved and the system has been running really well for at least the past six months. The team has also been consistently quick to respond whenever something comes up.
