“Impressive functionality”
Pros
At the beginning, it stood out because of how much more it could handle than the other development platforms we were evaluating. A big priority for us was finding something approachable enough to help us move faster with business users involved in development, while also supporting one of our key goals-keeping consistency across content, languages and technology at a corporate level. None of the other vendors could clearly explain how a global company like ours could use resources from Europe to deliver a conversational system operating in North America. Another major reason Circle K decided to go with it was its master/local language approach which makes it possible to build a conversational AI application in one language and then transfer it to another without much difficulty. Typically, around 80% of the original build can still be reused. That has a strong impact on ROI because it reduces the amount of resources needed and makes it much easier to scale the conversational application quickly.
Cons
Because our conversational AI strategy is handled by a cross-functional team, most of the development is expected to be completed by business users instead of technical specialists. With that setup, its development platform does not feel especially user friendly and there is a fairly steep learning curve before someone becomes confident and experienced with it.

“powerful conversational platform”
Pros
Over the past three years, it has helped us strengthen our position as a disruptor in the industry and keep raising the bar on customer experience. Artificial Solutions offers a solid and flexible platform that has made it simple for us to build and launch multiple conversational applications across different channels so we can deliver services where our customers already spend their time. It handles complex customer conversations well, with contextual memory, an understanding of industry-specific and nuanced terminology and the ability to provide a personalized, engaging and low-friction experience.
Cons
It supports 35 languages which is impressive but if you need to operate in smaller markets, additional language resources still have to be developed.
