From the first interactions, it has been a pleasure to work with. The customer service is great, the platform offers a strong level of customization and doing business with the team feels simple. It also includes capabilities you typically do not get with traditional CLM tools.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any real complaints or dislikes and I have no regrets at all about choosing to move to Terzo.
