“Useful Slack integration
Pros
This tool has made it really simple for our company to build content that the whole team can share, review and approve. We use it in a collaborative environment and being able to set up different roles and responsibilities helps us keep information accurate and up to date. The Slack integration is especially useful since we can quickly search for answers, create new pages and reference other wiki content to add context within Slack conversations. It's also nice that our team can assign tasks to be completed after a set amount of time which helps keep things moving.
Cons
Improving the way information is entered would make it better. For example, having exportable data fields from user pages and sortable columns would be a valuable addition. It would also be much better if multiple people could work on the same draft at once, similar to Google Docs, instead of limiting editing to one person at a time. Outside of that, I really haven't run into any other issues.

“confusing drafts
Pros
Being able to share with one person or a whole group is really convenient. It saves a lot of back-and-forth compared to emailing information to different people and it works well as a collaboration tool.
Cons
Keeping track of where you left off in a specific draft can get pretty confusing. You also have to remember to open it up for editing if you want other people to be able to make changes.

“Smooth sync with Slack
Pros
Working with it in Slack has been pretty simple and it makes it easy to notice when articles get updated. It's simple, practical and does what we need it to do.
Cons
It itself could use better ways to organize content, like adding subfolders and similar options.

“simple setup and layout
Pros
Getting started with it was quick and the setup, configuration and day-to-day use all felt very simple. The clean, simple layout makes it easy for new employees to find their way around without much guidance. Their customer support has also been excellent, usually replying within hours and it's clear they keep improving the product by regularly adding new features. The Slack integration is especially useful because it makes finding information much more convenient. On top of that, the pricing feels very fair for everything that's included which made choosing it pretty obvious.
Cons
There are occasional bugs here and there although the team is usually very quick to respond to support requests and fix issues as soon as possible. One limitation is that support is only available during certain hours so getting help outside those times can be difficult.
