“Highly customizable platform

Pros

I really appreciate the level of customization it offers. It's been especially useful when I'm getting ready for specific exams and need something tailored to what I'm studying.

Cons

At the start, when I was using it for statistics, it kept running into an error and wasn't able to help at all. I also get frustrated by how quickly I run out of creations right when I'm in the middle of a good study session. On top of that, it doesn't always follow my instructions correctly so I end up having to repeat myself several times.

The chapter review feature has been especially useful. The feedback is excellent and I really appreciate how it points out both the strengths and weaknesses in my writing while also giving suggestions that help me improve my work.

I honestly haven't run into any negatives to mention. It's been an amazing app for supporting my writing and I don't have any complaints at this point.

Responses come quickly and usually answer my questions well. The replies are often smart and when I double-check them, they're usually correct.

The free version doesn't include many generations which feels limiting. There are also times when the answers aren't very clear so I have to ask for a better explanation.

The quality of the work it delivers has been excellent. It performs very well, especially in the article analysis features like identifying strengths and weaknesses and handling the research section. I haven't explored every function it offers yet but based on how well these parts work, the rest of the features seem very promising too.

TextCortex AI has been effective and clear and it genuinely helped me get my work and ideas organized.

At times, it can be a little too blunt and ends up pointing me to Google although that same honesty usually helps you find what you actually need. The pricing is quite expensive, the free version feels very limited and there still isn't an app. On top of that, the name is pretty awful, it sounds overly scientific and nerdy and that makes it hard to get other people to try it because they don't take it seriously.

Being able to choose different personas based on the type of text I want to create is a really useful feature.

The pricing feels quite high and it would be better if more credits were included so I could send more documents.

Something that could make it even better is having more support for fiction writing although it seems clear that it was mainly built with marketing in mind.

By pure chance, I came across this software and it turned out to be the best accidental find I could have made. Over the past five years, I've used plenty of other AI tools like ChatGPT, CopyAI, Jarvis, Bertha, Anyword and several others but none of them come anywhere close to what this one can do.

Pros

After trying a few alternatives, this one feels like the strongest option for non-English content. The Chrome extension is especially impressive and ranks among the best I've used, on par with tools like Max.AI. I'm still giving it a proper try but the overall experience has been very promising so far.

Cons

My only real concern is the pricing model. It charges per invocation rather than by the number of words actually used so even sending something simple like "hello" to test the assistant still uses up a generation.
