This online text-to-speech converter has been a really good option for me, especially in Spanish since it includes a wide range of voices and accents to choose from.
Cons
One thing it doesn't offer is the ability to add emphasis to the voice so you can't adjust the reader to sound happy, sad or use a more expressive tone.
