“Cooperative support”
Pros
Working with their team has been a really positive experience. They're consistently available to help, offer training and make sure we're getting the most out of the platform. One of the biggest strengths is how flexible the software is since it lets us create everything from tailored customer solutions to more standard offerings. It's also been impressive to see how fast new features and updates are released, especially when they directly respond to what we need.
Cons
That same flexibility can sometimes lead to overly complex builds which can make delivery a bit harder than expected. And because the product is still relatively new and continuing to evolve some updates and changes mean we have to go back and refine parts of our solutions. Even so, the Toca team is very responsive and usually helps us work through those issues quickly.

“Complete solution”
Pros
It comes with pretty much everything you could hope for to build a solution for almost any business challenge and it's already there ready to use. It lets you rethink your product from the perspective of "why" instead of getting stuck on the "how." The speed of delivery is incredible so you can test features quickly, put value in front of users fast and genuinely make customers happy. Also, the team is incredibly supportive, very skilled and quick to adapt when feedback comes in. It's also highly flexible across different environments and works smoothly with common application-layer technologies and infrastructure in a way that stays secure and maintainable.
Cons
its level of flexibility almost makes the old-school approach of engineers disappearing into complex coding work for days feel unnecessary but honestly, that's more of a benefit than a problem.

“Powerful platform with useful integrations”
Pros
Getting complex automations running with Toca's no-code RPA felt surprisingly user-friendly. The platform is incredibly powerful, with integrations across core Windows applications, cloud services, image and OCR tools, plus data extraction and manipulation. If a person can do it on a computer, Toca can pretty much replicate it and repeat the task hundreds of thousands of times once the automation is built. Really impressive.
Cons
The only area I'd improve is the reliance on a queue-based system although it's still pretty manageable since you can scale around it by assigning multiple bots to the same projects.
