Getting started with it is very simple and from day one it lets you see the basic details and track the hours you spend working.
Cons
Its limitations show up pretty quickly and it starts to feel insufficient as the business expands. It works fine in the beginning but the product really needs to develop much faster.

Being able to set up multiple projects under a single client is essential for my business and this tool goes beyond what I expected in this area.
Cons
There are plenty of useful features but a lot of the really nice ones are locked behind a subscription.

Pros
You can log hours under specific projects which is really useful. It also works well for growing a team since you can keep track of time spent across different workloads. The reporting is another big plus especially because clients can access and review their timesheets when needed.
Cons
The pricing felt a bit expensive to me compared with some of the other tools available.
