“incredible tool for technical analysis

Pros

It is an incredibly capable platform for technical analysis and strategy testing and the frequent updates keep it feeling advanced and ahead of the market. The biggest plus for me has been the outstanding customer support. They have been tremendously helpful throughout the process, breaking down complex features in a way that's easy to follow, shares useful resources and makes sure I understand how to apply everything to my own trading approach.

Cons

Because the platform is packed with features, there is definitely a learning curve at first. That said, the support team does a lot to make the ramp-up much more manageable.

“Fast chart rendering

Pros

Right away, one thing I noticed is how much faster the charts render especially during the market open when platform traffic is at its highest. I've had TradingView slow down on me during those busy morning sessions so this has been a big advantage. That window is too important to be stuck waiting for data and TrendSpider has been much more reliable there.

Cons

There's definitely a lot packed into the platform and that can make the interface feel a bit overwhelming at first. It took some time to get comfortable with everything although it has become more familiar as I've used it more. I'd also really like to see native broker integration added. For now, webhooks through SignalStack are an acceptable workaround but I'd still love to see ChartObserver included with their SignalStack broker options.
