“Fast transcripts with solid accuracy”
Pros
Great how quickly it converts audio into accurate text and it usually needs very little cleanup afterward. It handles multiple speakers nicely and doesn't seem to get thrown off by accents or a bit of background noise. The speed and simple workflow are a huge advantage, I can upload a file and have the transcript ready almost right away.
Cons
It still misses the mark sometimes with technical terms or specialized industry jargon so I end up making a few small edits here and there. And even though the platform is simple to use, it would be even better with more customization options such as speaker labels or formatting presets.
