Pros
It makes managing the entire process much easier. The onboarding experience is also excellent, providing all the support needed to customize the product to suit our specific requirements.
Cons
At first figuring out the best way to use the system was difficult for me due to the many options available to handle different scenarios. However they are fully aware of this and compensate this with excellent in person support.

Pros
I love the smooth booking system on my website and the customer support is not only quick but also very knowledgeable.
Cons
I really wish there was an easier way for customers to join a waiting list when I don't have a class for their specific age group yet. But with how great the customer support is and how easy the software is to use, I'm sure there's a solution I just haven't discovered yet!

“We are big fans of it!
Pros
The customer service at Udio is fantastic from the onboarding to the ongoing assistance. Plus we really appreciate the step by step videos and quick responses. The system is user friendly and intuitive and navigating through it is easy. The reporting feature is excellent and helps us quickly identify issues with numbers and figures.
Cons
We are looking forward to seeing the app for parents. Also it would be great if there were an easier way for the team to track achievements. However the new schedule view is awesome as it makes it so much easier to see lane assignments for afternoon and weekend shifts.

Pros
What I like most about Udio is the local support in the same time zone. It's been amazing as no more staying up until late just to get help like with the last software I used. I usually get a response within a day, whether it is through a video addressing my questions or a Zoom catch-up.
Cons
Honestly there is not much negative to say. And I am definitely excited for the app when it arrives.

What I love about Udio is its user friendly interface that makes tasks like scheduling chapters, tracking bookings and managing payments so much easier. Plus the features are flexible and the best thing is that I can cancel bookings at any time.
Cons
We have really enjoyed using this software and have not come across any cons so far.

Udio is by far the easiest software I have ever used. Also it is simple to understand and its straightforwardness is amazing.
Cons
It would be ideal if I could simply rename a class instead of having to move every child out, create a new class and then move them back in.

Pros
It is pretty easy to use and it also shows customers how to use it. I would say it is much more user friendly than Links.
Cons
There is no app yet and we really need to be able to delete profiles. For instance if a customer enters their child's name multiple times, it would be helpful if we to delete the duplicates.

Pros
Udio software is very easy to use. Everything is in one place and I can access all the necessary information. The management side works great and I am always finding ways to improve efficiency.
Cons
Sometimes after an update, the confirm button shifts sides and for some bookings, it is on the left and for others, it is on the right. I think all confirm buttons should be on the same side to prevent mistakes.

It is a powerful tool that helps our business run smoothly and professionally. It allows our staff to multitask and make instant changes, improving communication with customers and providing customers the ability to handle many tasks themselves.

While it is super efficient for regular bookings which is the core of our business, there are a few functions that take too many steps for less common sessions.

“Perfect for our 15 swim schools
Pros
It is a great system that all our staff find simple to use. The excellent reporting functions let the team manage 15 swim schools from one central hub. Plus I can view bookings, cancellations, class occupancy, earnings and outstanding fees, all from the reporting suite. Plus all reports can be exported to Excel which makes financial reporting much easier.
Cons
We love to see an app as it would improve customer access to the portal. I believe it is already in development, so I am excited to see it.

Well I think more reporting tools would be helpful like a duplicate account report, a teams reporting tool and the ability to adjust invoices midway through the month instead of just crediting the account.

It has made a huge difference in my life as the sole administrator of the swim school. Plus the flexibility it offers is something other systems just do not provide.
Cons
No product is going to be a perfect fit for your business but I must say this one comes pretty close.

The entire process is so simple to understand for our customers, from registration to payment.
Cons
Some exceptions like unused features, the fact that you cannot rename a class without creating a new one and deleting the old one and the lack of information in some reports e.g outstanding payments with no emails make it a bit less flexible. Also the fact that it is only in English is a limitation.

“Loved the customer portal
Pros
The customer portal is the best. Parents can see everything about their child from bookings to makeups, tracking progress, downloading certificates and paying invoices. Also I love how it displays recent posts from our social media as well. The software is easy to navigate, well-structured and has undergone a few changes that suit our business model saving us a lot of time. Some of these changes include permanent/replacement coaches and bulk moves.
Cons
It is time consuming to create a new class and move students over when they are ready for the next level. I understand this process works better for businesses with many class options but for us, where spaces are limited and coaches are focused on advancing the whole class, it does not work as well. Also not being able to do a one time reconciliation for payments on the same billing account is frustrating. Parents pay a lump sum via bank transfer and manually reconciling invoices individually takes up a lot of time which affects our productivity. Credits also get applied to the facility instead of the billing account. Plus not being able to use temporary vouchers or change the day and time across different outlets is another downside.
