One of the best parts is getting timely information and instant updates on hearing schedules which helps a lot with staying on top of things.

At the same time, clients are asking for information even faster than before so there's still pressure to speed things up further.

“everything in one place”

Pros

Having everything in one place is what makes it stand out to me. The AI-driven search helps me move through bill text, hearing transcripts and legislative videos quickly which saves me a huge amount of time. Being able to pull specific clips from hearings and send them directly to clients is incredibly helpful since it keeps them informed without making them watch hours of footage. The real-time alerts are essential during hectic legislative sessions and give me confidence that I am not missing anything important. The platform also feels very user-friendly so getting started did not take long or require much of a learning curve. On top of that, the team is responsive and clearly understands the needs of government affairs professionals and that comes through in the way the product is built.

Cons

At first, the number of features can be a bit much because there is so much packed into the platform and it takes a little time to fully uncover and use everything available. That feels more like a small onboarding note than a real complaint. Better onboarding materials and more tutorials would make it even faster for new users to get fully up to speed.

The automation has been excellent, the team is fantastic to work with and the platform is very simple to use.

It comes with so many features and capabilities that I'm still in the process of learning everything it can do.
