“Regular new features”
Pros
This platform helps me offer clients smarter, more proactive solutions and I really appreciate how quickly new features keep getting released. Being able to run online demos using a customer's existing cameras is also a huge advantage when it comes to closing deals. It's simple to use, with a familiar feel similar to web apps like Gmail or Microsoft 365 but built specifically for video cameras.
Cons
Honestly there's not much to complain about. The only challenge comes up when a prospect can't connect their cameras to the online demo and I have to switch to an on-premise server, while my demo servers are already tied up with other leads. That issue is more on my side than the platform itself. I genuinely love this product and really don't have anything negative to say about it.

Pros
Being able to search historical footage quickly and narrow results down to exactly what we need has been a huge advantage. Vaidio also fit into our Genetec environment smoothly without any issues. Absolutely love this product!
Cons
No real downsides at this point. It's addressing the pain points we needed it to solve.
