“Well designed dashboard”
Pros
Our dashboard was designed exactly around our requirements and it works extremely well. The security is strong too since logging in without an OTP isn't allowed. The automailer does its job efficiently and sends the needed data on time. I'd especially mention the performance dashboard which is a really valuable tool for everyone because the visualizations are clear and simple to understand.
Cons
dashboards can sometimes take quite a while to respond. Also, when a chart value is zero, the automailer leaves that field blank instead of showing zero which feels incorrect. On top of that, OTP delivery to the phone can occasionally be heavily delayed and that makes the overall login experience frustrating.

“Top-notch BI capabilities”
Pros
The dashboard setup with mchat and the analyzer panel works really well. It also connects nicely with transactional systems and the BI capabilities are honestly one of the best parts of the software.
Cons
It would be even better with faster speed and overall performance. The AI module UI also needs some refinement and improvement.
