“Beginner-friendly and dependable”
Pros
Right from the start, it felt dependable, beginner-friendly and still polished enough to look professional. The screen sharing feature has been the most useful part for me because it makes presentations and document walkthroughs very simple, with no noticeable lag. Getting everything set up in the beginning was simple and worked well for beginners. Pricing also played a big role in why we moved over from Zoom since VideoMeet gave us the best overall value for the money.
Cons
One thing that could use improvement is the background noise cancellation especially in situations with loud surrounding noise. It would also be nice to see more virtual background choices or better-quality ones, added in the future.

“Simple to manage”
Pros
It has been really simple to use which is probably the part I appreciate most. The interface feels clean, joining meetings takes very little time and everything generally works without hassle. It makes communication and online collaboration much more convenient overall.
Cons
At times, there are small connectivity or performance hiccups during meetings which can be a bit frustrating. I'd also love to have more advanced features and additional customization options to make the experience even better.

“superb platform for virtual collaboration”
Pros
Jumping into meetings with it is quick and it keeps the whole process simple without needing much setup. I appreciate being able to join or host a session fast and the interface feels clean, clear and free of clutter. It works really well for team conversations, webinars and everyday communication so it's a practical option for regular use. Overall it has been a dependable platform for virtual collaboration.
Cons
Compared with some other meeting tools, the interface does come across as a little basic. There are also times when I need an extra moment to adjust the settings before joining a meeting which can slow things down a bit. Other than that, the overall experience has been simple, manageable and reliable enough for daily use.

“Well-designed collaboration tools”
Pros
Has been a positive experience thanks to its user-friendly interface, dependable video quality and well-designed team collaboration tools. It keeps communication reliable and connects remote teams quickly which makes virtual meetings feel more productive. The setup process was simple so our team was able to get started without needing much technical help. Most employees picked it up with very little training which made onboarding quick and efficient. It also works well with email services, collaboration platforms, calendar tools and document-sharing apps which really helps keep workflows organized.
Cons
Sometimes, video or audio quality drops when the internet connection is weak or when meetings have a large number of participants. Better mobile app performance and a few more advanced collaboration features would make the platform even more complete.

“Fast meetings”
Pros
Its amazing how lightweight it is and how simple it feels to use. It's an Indian app and our recent session showed that it performs quite well even on slower internet speeds. Compared with other apps that tend to eat up mobile data and feel sluggish, VideoMeet runs at a much more reasonable speed. Getting started is also very quick since you only have to create a room name and share the link, instead of making every participant go through a long registration process. I also appreciate the Sensitive Meeting Mode which adds a strong layer of security and fits well with a privacy-focused approach.
Cons
At the same time, the UI does look a bit dated when compared to Zoom or Google Meet. It doesn't feel especially modern or polished. When screen sharing in meetings with a larger number of participants, the video quality can drop somewhat. I also wish it offered more integrations with tools like Slack or Google Calendar because right now I still have to handle and manage those things manually. On top of that, the free version has a participant cap which is manageable for small teams but becomes limiting for bigger events.

“works well across devices”
Pros
Using it across different devices, including my tablet, makes it simple to join or share meetings, save screens and teach or explain things to employees without much hassle. It works really well for face-to-face conversations with staff in different departments and helps me guide them on areas where they need more support. The platform feels modern, practical and not overly complicated which lets me get into meetings quickly from the West Coast and handle business from wherever I am. Getting started was also simple, with setup steps that were clear and easy to follow.
Cons
Biggest issue comes up when the Wi-Fi is weak because the video can freeze, lag or disconnect entirely. In meetings where a stable connection really matters, it can be frustrating when the internet doesn't keep the experience consistent.

“Fantastic for online meetings”
Pros
This has been a really solid choice for our team's online meetings and video calls. Joining a meeting is fast and simple and the audio and video quality has been consistently good. One thing I really appreciate is how stable it is, calls don't randomly drop and it still performs well even when the internet connection is slow. That makes it much easier to stay focused on the discussion instead of dealing with technical interruptions. We actually moved over from Zoom because VideoMeet felt more convenient and much simpler for quick meetings. The setup at the beginning was also very simple and we were able to get started without running into any problems.
Cons
The app can feel slightly slow when entering meetings. I'd also welcome a few more features to make it even more useful. It would be an improvement if meetings launched faster and having simpler controls along with better screen sharing would make the experience better overall.
