“Charged repeatedly without notice”

Pros

Nothing to mention here because I never actually used the product, not even during the trial period.

Cons

This was shocking to deal with. The company extended my trial without sending any prior email and I never received a single message from them at all. Even so, my credit card was charged three times. I did not use any credits on my account and it is clearly unused yet they still refuse to even consider a refund. I was never informed about payment terms or invoices but they kept billing me month after month. The whole customer support experience comes across as scammy.

“speeds up business ideation”

Pros

Since I began using it for my innovation consulting work, I've been genuinely impressed by how much it speeds up business ideation and keeps everything organized. During brainstorming sessions, we've been able to pull together useful information and insights very quickly which helps shape stronger ideas from the start. The interface feels user-friendly so turning those ideas into detailed business plans is a much more natural process. I've also gotten a lot of value from the library of business model canvas examples and the self-service data preparation tools, both of which add inspiration and make things clearer. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to move through the ideation process faster and get ideas to market sooner.

Cons

It's not perfect yet and there are still areas where the software could improve. One gap is that it doesn't include enough information on simpler business models and since the company is still a startup some enhancements are understandably still sitting on the roadmap. That said, they do seem to be actively working on those issues and with all the new AI possibilities emerging, I'm excited to see how the platform evolves and what additional improvements and features they bring to users going forward.

“Excellent case study database”

Pros

As a business designer, this gives me solid support when I need to shape different parts of the process. It's been a reliable tool for that. The case study database is one of my favorite parts and the interface and dashboard both have a very user-friendly UX design.

Cons

There's still room to improve the graphs, insights and overall data visualization. It would also help to refresh the company database more often especially for businesses in Europe.
