“Natural voices with tons of variety”
Pros
Out of all the tools I've used, this one has the most customizable voices and they sound the most natural and human. It also offers the widest range of voice options which makes it really versatile.
Cons
One limitation is the amount you can export in a single clip but with a bit of script planning, it's manageable and not a major issue.

“Fast voiceovers for tutorials”
Pros
Putting together a tutorial is much quicker now because I can build it and drop in voice-over on the fly while I'm working. Projects are moving incredibly fast these days and it's uncommon for anyone to sit down and write a full script or completely flesh out the project ahead of time. When deadlines get tight, there are almost always last-minute voice-overs needed to support the video content and this does a really good job of covering that gap.
Cons
It would be nice to have a few more options for adding drama or extra emphasis to a voice when you really need to grab the listener's attention. A lossless download format would also be a valuable addition.
