It has helped our company connect with more customers and the ability to adjust scripts around our business needs makes the solution very practical. It also ends up being more cost-efficient than relying on manual customer outreach.
Cons
The initial cost for the AI service and script creation is fairly high but it feels justified by the quality of the AI, the scripts and the strong post-sales support.

Pros
One thing that really stood out was the timely support from the their team. They were responsive, professional and consistently pleasant to work with which made the overall experience feel very smooth.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about though the pricing could be considered a little on the higher side.
