unlimited ideas for scripts

Pros

Right from the start, it picked up on the direction I wanted to take almost immediately. The suggestions it gives are excellent for filling in the missing parts of my script and it often opens up story paths I had not considered before simply because it understands the core of what I am trying to write so quickly. The unlimited use is a huge plus and the image generation is also very good. On top of that, it provides excellent support for scriptwriting and the initial setup was very user-friendly and simple.

Cons

It would be even better if it included video creation or if the restrictions around more sensitive topics were not so limiting.

Matches my tone

Pros

It has been really useful for polishing my book especially when it comes to catching the small details that need to be fixed. The best part is how closely it matches my tone which helps me keep my own voice throughout the writing. Getting everything set up at the beginning was also simple so starting out didn't take much effort.

Cons

At times, it doesn't seem to have the right files available.

helpful output view

Pros

Having the interface show outputs outside the standard chat is really useful. It lets me watch what I'm building take shape as I work through the process which makes everything easier to follow.

Cons

I'm still learning how to use the agentic capabilities beyond basic prompting and responses. It would help a lot if the AI offered more guidance on when an agent-based approach is the better next step or whether I should be using a WRITER playbook versus a WRITER agent. I'd love clearer direction on what to do next based on what the AI can tell I'm trying to accomplish. Also since there aren't connectors for integrating with other systems, building the knowledge base ends up being a very manual task.

my go-to solution for documentation

Pros

WRITER has become my go-to for documentation, presentations and even code snippets. It's been especially impressive for agent-style workflows, where it handles HTML files and apps really well for onboarding and learning experiences. That part especially around the agent degree use case, feels very capable. Whenever I need it to build something, whether that's an HTML app, a PDF or an infographic, it delivers really strong results especially with a solid prompt. It does a very good job producing detailed PDFs by working from source PDFs and HTML apps such as click-to-open experiences. I've used it that way myself and the overall experience has been excellent. Getting started was also incredibly simple since it was basically just log in and begin.

Cons

it still needs more up-to-date information especially around retrieval support for generative AI so users can better confirm whether a document is accurate. At times it pulls older information and that can impact the quality of the summary section. It also doesn't offer enough help with building the right prompt which can be difficult because prompt engineering does not come naturally to everyone. It would be really helpful if WRITER could assist in generating a detailed prompt that users could review and refine which would make the overall customer journey better.

Essential part of my workflow

Pros

This tool has become part of a lot of what I do because it really feels like a full-stack AI. We built agent-specific playbooks that are highly tailored and they help our designers kick off tasks quickly, understand client needs better and generate output at an impressive pace backed by learning science. That has made our training workflow both faster and more effective. The UI is also very user-friendly, with functions explained clearly so people know how to use them right away. I also enjoy being able to test new features as they roll out, like the playbook feature which we adopted immediately. I appreciate how often the product evolves and how approachable it stays. Even designers with less technical experience can work with it when paired with a few SOPs and that's probably the part I value most about it.

Cons

There are still a few very minor bugs that should be fixed. One example is that the agents only detect five items in the knowledge graph even though there are actually around 500 documents in it. The way agents, knowledge graphs and some of the admin-related setup are organized could also be organized to make things more user-friendly. It's not really a major issue at the moment but those are the areas where I think the product could improve.

easy set up

Pros

Whenever I'm working on personal projects, it has been really helpful for brainstorming and turning rough concepts into something more developed. One thing that stands out is how often it asks for my input so it feels less like a tool and more like having a personal assistant involved in the process. I also appreciate that it seems to take a moment to think through responses and come back with the best answer instead of just giving the first thing that comes to mind. Getting started was completely hassle-free and the initial setup gave me no trouble at all.

Cons

The pricing feels a little high and I think the video creation features still have some room for improvement.

Awesome playbooks feature

Pros

One thing that has been especially useful in it is the playbooks feature. It lets me share a clear, readable workflow that other people can run right away without me needing to walk them through every step. That saves a lot of time compared with other chat models which often feel more like a black box. Here, I don't have to add nearly as much explanation because the process is laid out step by step in a format people can actually follow. Getting started was also simple since the workshop session brought everyone up to speed and I've ended up using it on most days since then.

Cons

A few features still feel like they overlap or have unclear use cases especially things like skills, knowledge graphs and voices. It isn't always obvious when each one should be used.

approachable and transparent

Pros

Using it for omnichannel customer engagement campaigns and reporting has made a noticeable difference in how quickly I can build, launch and analyze campaigns. It's very approachable to work with and I really appreciate how transparent the agent's process is. The deliverables are clearly defined which makes it simple to review them, adjust things where needed and see the value right away. Those outputs also help with ongoing refinements and make my core workflows more efficient. On top of that, the onboarding was very simple because the WRITER team took care of the setup for us.

Cons

I'd prefer more of a community or collaboration element so I could work more smoothly with colleagues.

smart results

Pros

Found it userfriendly. I only need to give it directions and it takes care of the rest by analyzing the data and delivering what I need. Not having to spell everything out in detail is a big plus and that simplicity makes it very valuable to me. The setup also went without any trouble since I just signed up with my email address.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues so far.

Keeps writing consistent

Pros

It does the best job of keeping my writing consistent without making the process feel forced or frustrating. Once the style guide is in place, it nudges me toward the right tone, preferred wording and brand voice as I write, almost like having an editor beside me. The real-time suggestions are clear and actually helpful and I can fix language and clarity issues without jumping between different apps. It saves me time, cuts down on back-and-forth editing and helps the whole team produce writing that feels more unified and professional.

Cons

Getting started with it is probably the hardest part. Setting up style rules and figuring out how everything works takes more time than expected especially when you're trying to move quickly. At times the interface feels a bit stiff and the pricing can be hard to justify for a solo user who doesn't need all the enterprise-focused features. Once it's fully configured, it works well but reaching that point can feel a little overwhelming.
