“Hands-on support with strong execution”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how much the account team takes off our plate. They handle the heavy lifting, whether that's running A/B tests on new ideas, designing the onsite experiences or putting together the email content. They also come in with proven best practices which means we're not left trying to figure everything out on our own.
Cons
The onsite experiences and email delivery perform well but it's tough to get a clear read on the actual incremental value of their identity graph when it comes to identifying otherwise anonymous website visitors. The service is also pricey and that capability seems to be a big part of how they justify the cost.

“Knowledgeable team”
Pros
Working with it felt very hands-on in a good way and I really appreciated the full-service support along with how knowledgeable and capable the team was.
Cons
I would have preferred having a few more self-service options available especially as the SLAs expanded.
