Our most efficient customer service agent

Pros

It's easy to start using with no need for lengthy deployment projects. The integration with our customer service software is no big deal.

Cons

Occasionally, we experience service disruptions. The interface for building dialogs could also be a bit more user-friendly, maybe with larger elements.

Useful tool with an incredibly responsive and innovative team behind it.

Pros

This tool offers limitless possibilities. It feels like building with Legos. While it's simple to learn and use, it provides the flexibility to be as custom, complex, or creative as you can imagine.

Cons

It's not really pushing the boundaries when it comes to innovating conversation design. I'd love to see more features that shows how automation can really change the game and break the mold for how conversations flow.

Pros

Their Customer support team is very helpul. Lily was incredibly helpful with our chatbot project.

Cons
