“Refund never arrived”
Pros
Being able to group keywords well was useful. It helped organize ideas better and made it simpler to identify gaps.
Cons
It has been more than 10 days and I still have not received my refund. On top of that, the poor communication and very slow customer support made the whole experience frustrating and disappointing.
