Chris Pinkerton is Managing Director of Employment Hero Canada, where he leads the company's mission to make employment easier and more valuable for Canadian businesses.
With more than 20 years of experience scaling technology companies, Chris has built his career at the intersection of growth and digital transformation. His experience spans startups, global fintechs and publicly listed companies, with leadership roles at digitally transformative businesses including Flybits, Clearco and Mediative.
Known for turning complexity into clarity, Chris brings a practical, people-first approach to leadership. He believes the best technology solves real problems, not just technical ones, and is passionate about helping businesses adapt, grow and perform in an increasingly digital world.
Outside of Employment Hero, Chris is an active mentor, startup advisor and Chair of Accelerate Okanagan. Based in Kelowna, he's also a proud girl dad who enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time outdoors.
